ABOUT KAHU KALEOLANI

Kahu Ed Kaleolani Spencer perpetuates the teachings of Hawaiian Energetics Healing which utilizes the resources of the world around by integrating Elemental Energies. Its origins are rooted in the ancient healing teachings of the kahuna of Hawaiʻi.

Kahu Ed Kaleolani Spencer dedicates himself to the continuation of the ancient healing art of Hawaiʻi as taught by his Kahu, being the founder of the non-profit Ke Kumu. He began his training in the Hawaiian healing arts in 1986 with Nelita Kapaaloha Poʻokui Lonokahikini Peleiholani Kukuilaakaa Anderson, a Kahuna HaHa and Kahuna Lapaʻau (kahuna of the ancient healing arts of Hawaii). Nelita taught Kaleolani in the old ways and required 1-on-1 teaching to insure his skills. Named Kaleolani, in an Inoa ritual, as Kahu O Mana.

His traditional medical training and his 30 years of practice in the healthcare field provides a substantial base to provide integrated treatments for the people he cares for. He has conducted training programs on various forms of bodywork, counseling, health care, substance abuse, and self-improvement at hospitals, social service agencies, and training centers throughout the U.S.. Kaleolani has consulted for many hospitals and health care facilities in developing alternative therapy and healing programs in the western medical setting. 

He continues his dedication by teaching the healing arts of ancient Hawaii. Using the knowledge he has been given, he now brings Hawaii Energetics to others.
